The project
OPENWAY est un centre basé à Abomey-Calavi (Bénin) qui propose des services d'orientation et d'accompagnement académique pour les jeunes à partir de 12 ans.
Our approach
Every project starts with a scoping phase: understanding the organisation, its users and the tasks that cost it the most time. We then design the architecture and user journeys, build in short iterations with regular review points, and train the team before launch so they stay autonomous.
